This 42-1/8" tall 4" diameter chrome bollard is made of steel and finished in bright chrome plating for a clean look. A removable black plastic top cap allows the bollard to be filled with concrete for increased strength. 8" diameter mounting plate comes pre-drilled for quick and easy surface mounting.
