This fork hook is not a drum lifter but must be used together with a below-hook drum lifter. Capacity is 2,000 LBS. To use, slide onto fork and secure with T-screw. Model 284 has a standard fork opening of 5.5"W x 1-9/16"H, while model 284L has an extra large opening measuring 8.5"W x 3.69"H.
