The Ekko EK07S counterbalance walkie stacker is a powered drive, powered lift stacker that features a counterbalance design with no wide front support legs. This design allows the stacker to operate easier in narrow isles and get close enough to load and unload pallets from racking that is not high enough off the floor to allow the front legs of a typical stacker to roll underneath. Fork width is adjustable for handling virtually any type of pallet or skid. This Ekko counterbalance pallet stacker has the following capacities at a 16" load center (i.e. a 32" long pallet that is carrying an evenly distributed load) 1,540 LBS 1.6" to 79" | 1,430 LBS 80" to 98" | 1,320 LBS 99" to 118". Other features include 42” long forks, 118" maximum lift height, and a tight 51" turning radius for excellent maneuverability. The ergonomic offset handle includes throttle, lift/lower controls, side shift control, turtle mode switch, auto-reverse safety belly button switch, and horn. A .75kW drive motor propels the stacker at 3.5 mph loaded and 3.7 mph empty. A 1.5kW lift motor raises loads at 5.1” per second loaded and 4” per second unloaded. The capacity of the EK07S counterbalance pallet stacker is rated at a 16" load center. Lift capacity will be reduced when lifting standard 48" long pallets which have a load center of 24".
