Drum cones replace the lid of a drum, and allow the user to pour dry material from the drum in a controlled manner. At HoF Equipment Company, we stock 55 gallon drum cones and 30 gallon drum cones made of steel or stainless steel. Drum cones are attached to the drum using a clamp collar. Morse drum cones come standard with a valve flange, making them compatible with an iris valve or a slide gate valve, depending on the type of material to be poured. Extension tubes are also available, which extend the pouring length on the drum cone.

Advantages of using drum cones:

  • Eliminate mess – when you can pour precisely, you reduce the risk of messy spills;
  • Reduce volume of labor – pouring is much easier when you have a drum cone; workers will be happier in what they do;
  • Greater speed – when you can pour with a drum cone, you can work quicker, since everything is controlled and easy;
  • Convenience - easily pour multiple times from the same drum without having to install or uninstall components.

If you work with dry materials in drums, then a drum cone is an essential piece of equipment. 55-gallon drum cones take all the work out of pouring from drums, while stainless steel drum cones are perfect for hygienic environments. Great value for money, Morse drum cones will make your workplace more efficient, cleaner and more organized – a happier place for all who are there!
