The Vestil BOL-OR-40-BK Removable Ornamental Bollard is an attractive and functional barrier to access. This removable bollard locks into an included galvanized steel base socket that is cemented into the ground. When the bollard is removed, a hinged cover plate covers the hole leaving no protrusion above the surface. Bollard has a 4½" diameter (6" diameter with rings included). Bollard comes standard with eyelets for attaching a chain or rope. To prevent theft, bollard may be locked in steel sleeve using a padlock (padlock not included). The Vestil BOL-OR-40-BK bollard is made of cast steel and has a black power coat finish.
