The Morse 405M-series Drum Rackers feature spark-resistant parts, bringing an increased level of safety to the workplace. These sturdy drum rackers allow the user to rack drums on racks that are up to 72" (183 cm) high and can handle one full 55 gallon steel drum weighing up to 800 LBS (363 kg) OR a ½ full 55 gallon steel drum weighing up to 500 LBS (227 kg). These versatile drum rackers are easy for a single person to operate and can lift a drum off the floor from either the horizontal or the vertical position. Can handle drums with up to a 10" (25.4 cm) long drum faucet in place, allowing your drum rack to be used as a dispensing station. The Morse 405M drum rackers roll smoothly on (2) 8" (20.3 cm) front casters and (2) 4" (10.2 cm) rear swivel casters.
The following models are available with spark-resistant parts:
- 405M - Manual Lift & Tilt. The lift mechanism is actuated using a manual hand pump lever. A manual hand crank controls the tilting.
- 405M-121 - Explosion-proof 115V AC, 1-phase 60Hz motor provides powered lift and tilt.
- 405M-114 - Air powered lift and tilt
- 405M-121 - Explosion-proof 115V AC, 1-phase 60Hz motor provides powered lift. Manual tilt using a hand crank.
- 405M-124 - Air powered Lift, manual tilt using a hand crank
Morse 405M drum rackers / drum pourers with spark-resistant parts are built to order with an estimated lead time to leave the warehouse of 8 to 10 weeks.
