The Vestil S-FORK-4/6-RL forklift hoisting hook attaches to a one forklift fork allowing the operator to lift materials or equipment from the overhead position. This simple to attach forklift hook does not require any special tools to secure to the forklift and has a 4,000 LB lifting capacity. Hook is secured to the fork via side mounted screw clamps. A 48" long safety line is attached to the forklift itself. The Vestil S-FORK-4/6-RL forklift hook attachment comes standard with a zinc plated rigid hook with shackle included. Fork pocket size is 6”W x 2¼”H. Weight is 15 LBS. Meets OSHA requirements.
