Vestil Forklift Hook Plates, models LM-HP4-S, LM-HP4-R, LM-HP6-S & LM-HP10-SL, are designed to safely lift loads using chains, cables or slings using a forklift. A hook with anchor shackle is included to secure the Hook Plate to the forklift. 4,000 LB, 6,000 LB & 10,000 LB capacities as well as models with swivel hooks and rigid hooks are available, see models below. Forklift hooks feature fork openings measuring 6¼"W x 1¾"H. Please consult your forklift owner’s manual for capacities before purchasing. The hook opening measurers 7/8". Vestil Forklift Hook Plates are made of heavy-duty solid steel. Meets OSHA requirements.
