Vestil Fork Extensions, series FE provide the extra support needed to lift long or large objects with a forklift. Pin-style fork extensions attach easily and and securely using pins to prevent fork extensions from sliding off forks while in use. The maximum uniform capacity is 4,000 LBS. Vestil pin sytle forklift fork extensions feature all welded steel construction with a durable yellow powder coat finish.

Models beginning with FE-4, FE-5 and FE-6 have cast steel tips, and have an estimated lead time to leave the warehouse of 20 to 25 business days.

Models beginning with FE-7 and FE-8 are made with a tapered cut front end, and have an estimated lead time to leave the warehouse of 30 to 35 business days.

OSHA regulations require that extensions are no more than 150% of the existing fork length. (e.g. 48" existing forks, would require that the fork extensions not exceed 72"). Fork extensions DO NOT change the load center of forklift. Never exceed the load center rating of your forklift. DO NOT use fork extensions if the load exceeds forklift manufacturer's guidelines.

Select the desired length and width extensions from the chart below. Do not order wider extensions than what is listed for your forks.

HOW TO USE / INSTALLATION

Pin Style: Remove pin and lay extension over fork or drive fork truck into the extension. Re-insert the pin behind the heel of the fork to secure extension.
