Vestil FE-HS High Strength Fork Extensions are engineered to be approximately 40% lighter than standard fork extensions making them easier to handle. Ideal for lifting and moving longer items. These heavy-duty fork extensions have a 4,000 LB capacity and fit forks with a maximum width of 4”W, 5”W, or 6”W depending on model. Standard features include loop style fork attachment and lifting handle for quick placement of the extension onto the fork. Vestil FE-HS fork extensions are constructed of 3/16" thick steel and have a tough powder coat finish for years of reliable service.
OSHA regulations require that extensions are no more than 150% of the existing fork length. (e.g. 48" existing forks, would require that the fork extensions not exceed 72"). Fork extensions DO NOT change the load center of forklift. Never exceed the load center rating of your forklift. DO NOT use fork extensions if the load exceeds forklift manufacturer's guidelines.
Select the desired length and width extensions from the chart below. Do not order wider extensions than what is listed for your forks.

Standard Loop Style: Insert loop at the tip of the fork and slide it up at a 45° angle then lay it down over the existing fork..
