Vestil DCT-85 Hoist Mounted Drum Carrier / Drum Rotator rotates and positions fully loaded 55 gallon steel drums weighing up to 1,500 LBS. This versatile drum lifter is designed to work with 1.) an overhead lifting device using two position lifting bale or 2.) a forklift using integral 5½"L x 2"H fork pockets (forklift attachment strap included). Drums are held in place via a drum locking system that features a ratcheting chain. The DCT-85 drum rotator features a 15' pull chain crank that allows the operator to easily rotate drums up to 360°. Meets OSHA 1910.179 requirements. Model DCT-85-4WFP features 4-way fork pockets.
A 30 gallon drum adaptor and plastic/fiber drum adaptor available - see options below.
Drum must be full to rotate at rated capacity.
Not designed to be used with drums that are very close together. A minimum of 6" of open space between drums is needed for unit to attach to a drum.
