The Vestil D-FORK-4-RL forklift hook allows you to turn your forklift into a hook with anchor in a matter of seconds. This simple to attach forklift hook attachment does not require any special tools to secure to the forklift and has a 4,000 LB lifting capacity. The hook is secured to forklift forks with screw clamps. A 48" long safety line is attached to the forklift itself.
