Vestil CY-LT Portable Cylinder Lifter, models CYL-LT-1-HR & CYL-LT-1-PN allow the user to easily lift and transport cylinders for placement into portable welders. Cylinder is secured to cylinder cart with manual ratchet strap. A manual hand crank raises and lowers cylinder. The Vestil CY-LT cylinder lifter is easily portable on two hard rubber or pneumatic wheels.
