Lowered height is 21", raised height 40". Mechanical scissor cart features a 25¼"W x 39¼"L platform and a 1,000 LB capacity. The crank handle is removable. The Vestil CART-1000-M hand crank lift cart rolls smoothly on two rigid and two swivel poly on poly casters. This manual lift cart has a smooth steel top which minimizes abrasion.
