The Vestil AIR-THL Air Powered Corner Tilter is designed to assist in ergonomic loading and unloading of large boxes or crates weighing up to 1,500 LBS. The unique design allows two-wall access for pallet jacks and forklift trucks. 45° tilt is provided by a multi-ply air bag which inflates to tilt the container, allowing easy access to materials. Tilt is activated using a hand operated control lever (model Vestil AIR-TFP uses a steel foot treadle). The air bag automatically inflates as the container is unloaded, shifting the contents to the corner where they can be removed manually or by mechanical means. The included ratchet safety stop prevents the pivot bucket from dropping in case of a pneumatic system failure. Also included is an adjustable vacuum pick-up wand holder (3-1/2" inside Diameter) that provides 12" of adjustment to accommodate various container heights. Factory presets determine tilting starting when the weight reaches approximately 900 LBS. The Vestil AIR-THL Corner Tilter is made of heavy duty 7-gauge steel for durability.
