Morse 515SS Portable Stainless Steel Drum Dumpers are ideal for use in clean and washdown applications such as pharmaceutical and food processing. An integral digital scale eliminates the need for a separate drum weighing process and allows the user to weigh the drum as its being dispensed for accurate batching by weight. The scale combined with digital electronic instruments provides weight measurement to the nearest 0.1 Lb. or 0.1 kg (accuracy of +/-0.2 % of displayed weight). Scale features a numerical touch pad for tare entry. Morse stainless steel drum tippers allow a single operator to lift and pour a full drum weighing 800 LBS or a ½ full drum weighing 500 LBS. The operator controls the pour angle of up to 360 degrees in either direction and a maximum pour height of up to 60”. A manual hand pump controls the lift and a hand crank controls the tilt. The drum cradle automatically cinches 22" to 23.5" diameter drums and the cinch chain includes a flexible chain cover to aid in protecting the sidewall of the drum.
