The Ekko EOP70 is a fully powered electric order picker designed to pick or place orders from racking in warehouses or on manufacturing floors. The operator stand on platform is positioned behind the forks allowing the operator to easily load and unload items and boxes to/from a pallet. This powered stock picker features 24v DC powered drive/ lift (battery and charger included). This powered order picker has the following capacities at a 16" load center (i.e. a 32" long pallet that is carrying an evenly distributed load): 2,200 LBS 2" to 118" | 1,980 LBS 118" to 137" | 1,760 LBS 137" to 157" | 1,540 LBS 157” to 177” | 1,320 LBS 177" to 196". Other features include electronic power steering, 42” long forks, 196" maximum lift height, and a 61.8" turning radius. Controls include steering wheel, emergency lowering button, lift/lower joystick, emergency stop switch, key switch, forward/reverse controls, horn button, headlight switch, safety foot switch that must be depressed when lifting/lowering. A Curtis instrument display shows speed, battery charge, turtle speed indicator, fault indicator, lifting lock indicator, battery warning indicator, and others. The Ekko EOP70 electric order picker features all robotically welded steel construction for years of reliable service.
The capacity of the Ekko EOP70 counterbalance pallet stacker is rated at a 16" load center. Lift capacity will be reduced when lifting standard 48" long pallets which have a load center of 24".
