The Aardwolf AVLP4PRO Vacuum Lifter attaches to an overhead lifting device and is an ideal solution for lifting, tilting and transporting smooth or rough surface sheet material such as stone slabs, plastic, wood, laminate, and sheets of glass or metal that are greater than 12 mm thick.. Powered by compressed air, this vacuum lifter features pneumatic vertical-horizontal tilting from 0° to 90° using a pneumatic piston. Four adjustable vacuum pads, each measuring 20.5" x 12.6", can lift 1,102 LBS in the vertical position or 2,204 LBS horizontally. The handle can also be extended to assist in handling large panels. The stainless steel vacuum tank ensures safety in the event of a sudden loss of power to the vacuum pump. An acoustic and visual alarm system is powered by a clip-in 12V battery (battery charger included - charges in 30 min). The Aardwolf AVLP4PRO Vacuum Lifter requires 5-bar / 72 PSI air pressure and consumes 180 liters of air per minute. One or more suction pads may be turned off to lift smaller sheet material with included 1/4" ball valve.
