The Vestil DGPS-55-SCL Fork-Mounted Drum Lifter With Scale enables the forklift operator to easily grab, weigh, and transport a single 55 gallon steel or poly drum weighing up to 700 LBS. A LED digital scale readout the weight of the drum. This drum handler features a new design that lifts the drum from the top lip instead of from around the chimes of the drum. T-handles screw down to secure the drum lifter to the forklift forks. The fork pocket centers are 23”. Overall dimensions are 31"W x 65"L x 32.5"H, and the unit weighs in at 256 LBS. To use, simply place the grabber above the drum and slowly lower it which allows the grabber to expand to fit around the drum. Once in position, raise the grabber so it is secured under the lip of the drum.
