The Presto Stacker options shown on this page are for the following series: B500, B600, B800, BT800, PS, PSA, PSTA, C62A, C74A, WP, WPS, EPF, ESF, & EPFT. Some Presto Stacker options will increase the standard lead time of the stacker that the option is being purchased for.
Presto Stacker Options:
- Slip on Steel Platform - platforms slide on over existing forks. 2 Sizes are available: 24" x 24" for 15" Load Centers (model SP24 ), 32" x 30" for 18" and 20" Load Centers (model SP32) and 40" x 36" for 24" Load Centers (model SP40). For fork models only.
- Wired Remote Controls - choose Hand Operated with a 10' or 20' coil cord (models RC-10 or RC-20), or Foot Control with a 10' cord (model FC-10). For powered models only.
- Fifth Wheel & Tiller - Ideal for models with wide straddles and high capacities. Consists of an 8" drive wheel and spring loaded tiller handle.
- Die Puller - Roller bed equipped with a hand operated winch with cable and hook. Maximum Capacity is 1,000 lbs. Requires a 24" Load Center.
- Eagle Beak Vertical Drum Grabber - automatically grabs 30 or 55 gallon drums for handling and stacking in the vertical position. Mounts on the backplate of any straddle base, forked stacker. Beak mechanism works with steel or fiber drums.
- Boom With Hook - fork carriages can be equipped with a boom and hook for lifting and suspending loads with chains or lifting straps.
- Coil Ram - a Cylindrical Ram mounted to the fork carriage for handling rolls, and coils. Rams up to 30" long available.
- Inverted Forks - ideal for overhead installation. Forks can be modified in an inverted position which effectively increases the stackers lowered height and raised height.
- Roller Bed - Excellent for transferring heavy object to or from a stacker with minimum effort. 3" rollers can be oriented front-to-back or side-to-side. Maximum capacity is 1,000 lbs. Requires a 24" load center.
- Extended Backplate - Wider or taller backplates to accommodate lifting requirements.
- Alternative Caster Types - standard wheels are phenolic plastic, other wheel types are available.
- Custom Modified Platform - customized for a specific application, modified platforms include extended lengths or widths, cutouts, special shapes, floor level access, bridge plates, non-skid surfaces and more.
- Air Power - Air motor with hydraulic pump. I.5 GPM at 80 PSI and 80 CFM of free air with lift fully loaded. Includes a hand or foot control valve. (FRL not included).
- Lift Height - Standard lift heights can be decreased to meet special requirements.
- Fire Resistant Hydraulic Fluid - Water and glycol fluids are fire resistant, non-explosive and non-toxic. Approved by Factory Mutual Insurance Engineering Laboratories.
