The Electro Kinetic Technologies Pony Express ACTUGGER-25K Electric Tugger is ideal for pulling or pushing carts weighing up to 25,000 lbs if on casters and up to 100,000 lbs if on rails. This tugger features AC vector power technology allowing the tugger to exert full pulling force at the lowest throttle setting which makes maneuvering the attached cart into its final position easier. Additionally, a front mounted jog control allows the operator an unobstructed view and crawl speed control when coupling the tugger to the cart. The standard ACTUGGER-25 tugger comes with a quick swappable AGM battery pack while model ACTUGGER-25K-LITHIUM comes with a quick swappable lithium ion phosphate battery. Other features include external smart charger, digital battery charge level indicator, Bluetooth connectivity to a downloadable app to monitor battery functions on any smart phone, puncture proof drive tires, solid state regenerative braking, and a brake to hold the electric tugger in place when on an incline. The front mounting plate allows for the use of a wide range of standard and custom hitches at various heights. A unique ergonomic handle design adjusts to a wide range of operator heights and offers a dead man feature which stops the tugger if the handle is released. Controls are rain-proof (IP-54 rated) with variable speed forward and reverse. Travel speed ranges from .1 to 3 mph in High mode and .1 to 1.5 mph in Low mode. The Pony Express ACTUGGER-25K industrial tugger is constructed of welded steel with a durable powder coat finish. Ships fully assembled.

- Standard AGM Battery on Model ACTUGGER-25K: 48v 100Ah AGM swappable battery pack mounted and wired into cradle with fast swap connector. Approximate recharge time is 4-6 hours.
- Lithium Ion Battery on Model ACTUGGER-25K-LITHIUM: 48 VDC, 120 Ah, lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) swappable battery pack with fast swap connector. Approximate recharge time is 90 minutes. Full five year warranty on Lithium Ion battery
- Advanced battery monitoring system provides a display of battery parameters including state-of-charge, consumed amp-hours, and voltage. Visual and audible indicators alert the operator when it is time to recharge the batteries. Bluetooth® capability and a downloadable app provide battery monitoring capability on any smart phone
