The Highlight Synergy 4 High Profile Automatic Stretch Wrap Machine is designed to be the most versatile, flexible and reliable stretch wrapper available. Improve productivity with the Synergy 4’s automatic wrapping ability and 5,000 LB capacity. This high-profile automatic stretch wrapper has a 48"x48” octagonal turntable and is designed to be loaded and unloaded with a forklift. A password protected touchscreen allows the operator to program multiple wrap patterns, control all wrap settings including the pre-stretch setting, program alarms, set up the drive and much more. Other premium features include advanced dancer bar corner compensation system for accurate film force even at high speeds, infinity stretch allows for exact adjustment of pre-stretch from 0 to 600%, and precision support bearing and chain drive allow for fast film feed. This automatic stretch wrap machine has a wrap height of 72” standard with an optional 110” up-grade available. The fully automatic turntable has a rotation speed of up to 12 RPM (can be increased to 15 RPM – see options below). The Synergy 4 high profile pallet wrapper comes standard with control panel emergency stop button and lanyard start/stop pull cord for safety.
