The Highlight SYNERGY .5 Low Profile Stretch Wrap Machine is a manual mast / powered carousel stretch wrapper designed to make the packaging process more efficient. The manual mast provides a wrap height of up to 80", with the counterbalanced lift carriage making height adjustment of the film easy and low effort. Rotation of the 65" diameter platform is operated by a foot pedal. A dial adjusts the turntable rotation rate from 0 to 12 RPM. The Stretch-Set tension system allows the film stretch to be set from 20% to 100% enabling the stretch wrapper to wrap loads tightly and securely. A low profile turntable may be loaded by forklift, while an optional ramp and porches enables loading with a manual pallet jack. The maximum load capacity is 4,000 LBS and this stretch wrapper is estimated to complete the wrapping of 10 to 12 loads per hour. The Highlight SYNERGY.5 LP Stretch Wrap Machine uses 12" to 18" long hand wrap rolls with a diameter of up to 6.5".
