The Highlight Revolver Auto Band-It is a horizontal stretch wrap machine designed to unitize square and rectangular products in just seconds. Operates on 120V single phase power and 80 PSI of clean, dry factory air (optional built in air compressor available - see options below). The operator selects the number of wraps per band or continuous wrapping for full film coverage of the product. The film is heat sealed at the end of the wrapping process and the stretch level of the film is adjustable to match the specific load-holding requirements of the application. The Highlight Revolver can wrap square products that are widths from 4” to 12” wide/high AND can wrap rectangular products up to a maximum size of 20” wide X 7” high. Product lengths can be 8” and greater. Horizontal stretch wrapper features include 20" I.D. ring, with 3" to 5” film width capacity, adjustable film tension System for maximum film performance, can use cling or non-cling stretch films, V Belt Ring Drive System, Industrial NEMA 12 Push Button Controls, and quick access to changing film rolls and adjusting film stretch.
