Spanco 300-050 Wall Mounted Jib Cranes offer a full cantilever design which transmits less direct force to the building column than tie-rod jib cranes. These industrial-duty overhead lifting devices can be used in a variety of applications to lift loads weighing up to 1000 lbs. Cranes feature 8’ to 30' long booms that can rotate up to 180°. Wall brackets support the boom eliminating the need for support under the beam and allowing a trolley to travel nearly the entire length of the boom. Jib cranes are engineered with a standard beam to eliminate off-center loading issues. The top and bottom wall brackets are made from steel tube welded to plating in an "I" configuration that provides maximum rigidity while providing ample length for solid connections between the brackets and the mast. To simplify installation, wall mounted jib cranes feature bolted mast to boom connections and bolt-on trolley stops. Beams are either S or W type with various flange widths depending on model. All swivel connections have bronze bushings and grease fittings to ease rotational friction, ensure a long service life, and decrease maintenance. Spanco 300-050 wall jib cranes meet AISC Steel Construction Manual, OSHA 1910.179, ANSI B30.11, AWS D1.1/D1.6, and CMAA Specification 74 Standards.
Spanco 300-050 Wall Mounted Jib Cranes are built to order with an estimated lead time to leave the warehouse of 10 to 12 business days.
