The SP500 single phase hoist runs on 110V or 230V power with a .9 HP single-speed motor and 2 chain falls that lift at 8 FPM, so it can go to work in shops without three phase service. The SP500 three phase hoist has a 1.15/.3 HP dual-speed motor and 2 chain falls that lift at 16 FPM high speed and 4 FPM low speed for precise load positioning, while the heavier-duty SP1000 is a single-fall hoist with a 3.75/.9 HP dual-speed motor that doubles the lift rate to 32 FPM high speed and 8 FPM low speed. The three phase models run on 230V or 460V power, every model carries an H4 duty rating for all-day industrial use, and all come standard in 10', 15', or 20' lift heights with your choice of eyebolt or hook suspension. A cast aluminum body and end caps with IP65 protection keep the hoist dust tight and water jet resistant, and the 42V low-voltage controls make the 2-button pendant safer to handle. Inside, a 3-stage helical gearbox, polygon shaft and hub connections, and an easy-to-service slip clutch provide smooth, long-lasting performance, while a maintenance-free DC spring-loaded disc brake holds the load securely when the motor stops.
