Vestil fork extensions with load rails allow the user to secure the load with tie downs making the load safer to transport. Tie down rails are evenly spaced throughout the extension allowing for multiple locations to secure the load with the tie down strap. Segmented rail eliminates the possibility of the tie down slipping or sliding past each segment. 72”, 84”, and 96” lengths available. Fork extension usable widths available are 4-1/2”, 5-1/2”, and 6-1/2”. Features include pin style fork attachment, 5/16" welded steel, and cast steel tips. For use with class 2 and class 3 forklifts only. The maximum uniform capacity is 4,000 LBS. Vestil forklift fork extensions feature all welded steel construction with a durable yellow powder coat finish.

HOW TO USE / INSTALLATION
Pin Style: Remove pin and lay extension over fork or drive fork truck into the extension. Re-insert the pin behind the heel of the fork to secure extension.
OSHA regulations require that extensions are no more than 150% of the existing fork length. (e.g. 48" existing forks, would require that the fork extensions not exceed 72"). Fork extensions DO NOT change the load center of forklift. Never exceed the load center rating of your forklift. DO NOT use fork extensions if the load exceeds forklift manufacturer's guidelines.
Select the desired length and width extensions from the chart below. Do not order wider extensions than what is listed for your forks.
