Vestil Triangular Fork Extensions, models FE-4-54-T, FE-4-63-T, FE-5-54-T, and FE-5-63-T can transport large rolls of material safely and easily. Fabricated of high grade steel, these forklift fork extensions fit 4" or 5" forks that are up to 2" thick. The uniform capacity per pair is 4000 LBS and lengths range from 54" to 60". Round forklift fork extensions feature loop style attached for quick on/off with a locking bar to keep the fork extension in place. To install, insert the loop of the extension at the tip of the fork and slide it up at a 45 degree angle, then lay the extension down over the fork. Powder coat yellow finish.
Vestil FE Triangular Fork Extensions are built to order with an estimated lead time to leave the warehouse of 10 business days.
OSHA regulations require that extensions are no more than 150% of the existing fork length. (e.g. 48" existing forks, would require that the fork extensions not exceed 72"). Fork extensions DO NOT change the load center of forklift. Never exceed the load center rating of your forklift. DO NOT use fork extensions if the load exceeds forklift manufacturer's guidelines.
