The Vestil SWA-51-AR5 Low Profile Stretch Wrap Machine features a 51” diameter thin spin carousel with powered rotation and an integral perimeter ramp that allows for quick loading and unloading with a manual or electric pallet jack. The maximum load diameter 64¹¹⁄₁₆" and the maximum wrap height is 83¼". Maximum capacity is 4,000 LBS. Powered rotation is controlled via foot pedal and features soft start and stop. Carousel speed is variable from 3 to 12 RPM. Film-wrap tension is easily adjusted via a friction-brake assembly. Film placement is controlled manually by moving the carriage assembly up and down on the vertical mast (powered mast available – see options below). The Vestil SWA-51-AR5 stretch wrap machine features a quick release hand operated carriage brake allows the carriage to move freely, making film application simple.
Operation:
A single operator may operate stretch wrap machine by simply depressing the foot pedal to start the carousel rotation while manually moving the mast up and down to control the film placement. Film-wrap tension is controlled by an adjustable friction-brake assembly.
The Vestil SWA-51-AR5 stretch wrapper is built to order with an estimated lead time to leave the warehouse of 6 weeks.
