The Vestil OCC-2 Portable Cylinder Clutcher is designed to easily lift and move gas cylinders. This single cylinder cart features automatic operation - simply position unit on cylinder and then raise and lower handle to lift and lower cylinder. Cylinder cart raises cylinder 2" off the ground when lifted. Works with cylinder diameters between 8½ " to 12½". Includes two rigid and one swivel caster. The Vestil OCC-2 features welded steel construction with a durable yellow enamel finish.
