The Vestil Efficiency Master Tilt Tables, series EM1-500- tilt crates, pallets, boxes, or baskets 90°. These tilt tables are ideal for upending products in shipping and receiving operations. Units feature an industrial quality 2HP, 460V 3 phase motor, all welded steel construction, and a design that minimizes pinch points to meet OSHA requirements. Standard motor voltage is 460V 3 phase (other voltages available - see options below). Lifts come standard with double acting cylinder for controlling tilt and return. Units are operated via a two button hand pendant control (foot control is optional). Lifts must be lagged to the floor.

 

 

Options for 90º Tilt Lifts

  • Hand Held Control Air Powered Hydraulic Rotary-PB-2 - Model EM1-600-APPB
  • Foot Control Air Powered Hydraulic ROTARY-FC-2 - Model EM1-600-APFC
  • Voltage change to 115v/1ph, 208-230v/1ph, 208-230v/3ph or 12v DC (replaces standard 460v/3ph). Please specify voltage needed in order notes when checking out - Model VCC
  • Optional foot control - Model FC2
